I'm Phill Demoore, Principal Software Developer and Technical Lead at Ross Video. For more than twenty-five years I've built software that ships in the real world: broadcast systems, robotics, embedded platforms, and the tools production teams depend on every day.

Work

I lead with the same standard I bring to the code: technical direction, deep product ownership, and delivery that holds up when it matters.

Before Ross Video I led robotics and prompting software at Videndum / Vitec for over a decade. Earlier I shipped embedded browsers and device UI at ANT and Microsoft, and messaging software at stnc. The work has ranged from Pocket PC smartphones to robotic camera control for legislatures, owning hard problems end to end.
